Our story begins in London just over a decade ago when Elite Wine & Whisky was founded, one of the UK’s leading whisky specialists.
A Passion for Single Malts
Alongside an unrivalled knowledge of Scottish Single Malts and a passion for collecting Scotch whisky casks, we held a long-standing ambition to launch an independent bottling arm to the business. The desire has since become a reality, and Bishop, Greene & Fisher was born.
